FireXCore Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This Service Level Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between FireXCore (“Provider”) and the Client (“Client”) and outlines the terms and conditions under which FireXCore will provide its IT and cybersecurity services. This Agreement defines the service standards, responsibilities, and remedies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Service Description
FireXCore provides the following services covered under this Agreement:
- Website Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- E-commerce Integration
- Custom API Development
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting
- Artificial Intelligence Integration
- Dedicated Support & Maintenance
Service Hours
Standard Support Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Local Time)
- Excluding public holidays
Emergency Support
- 24/7 availability for critical security incidents and system outages
Service Availability
FireXCore commits to maintaining the following service availability levels:

Response Time
FireXCore guarantees the following response times based on incident severity:

Performance Metrics
FireXCore will maintain and monitor the following performance metrics:
- Website Load Time: < 3 seconds
- API Response Time: < 300 ms
- Security Alert Processing: < 5 minutes
- Security Patch Implementation: < 24 hours for critical vulnerabilities
Maintenance Windows
Scheduled maintenance will be performed during the following windows:
- Regular Maintenance: Sundays, 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM (Local Time)
- Emergency Maintenance: As required, with minimum 2-hour advance notice when possible
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Maintain proper access credentials and authorization
- Report issues promptly through designated channels
- Comply with security recommendations and best practices
- Designate primary and secondary points of contact
- Ensure timely response to service-related communications
Service Provider Responsibilities
FireXCore agrees to:
- Provide services as outlined in the service description
- Meet or exceed specified service levels
- Monitor systems proactively to identify potential issues
- Maintain qualified staff to support service delivery
- Provide regular reports on service performance
- Implement industry-standard security measures
- Conduct regular backups and maintain disaster recovery capabilities
Service Credits
If FireXCore fails to meet the guaranteed service levels, the Client is eligible for service credits according to the following schedule:

| 99.0% – 99.89% | 5% of monthly fee |
| 98.0% – 98.99% | 10% of monthly fee |
| 97.0% – 97.99% | 15% of monthly fee |
| Below 97.0% | 25% of monthly fee |
Exclusions
The following are excluded from SLA calculations:
- Scheduled maintenance windows
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, riots, etc.)
- Issues caused by Client actions or omissions
- Third-party service failures beyond FireXCore’s control
- Emergency maintenance with proper notification
Security & Compliance
FireXCore implements advanced security measures to protect Client data and systems, including:
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
- Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
- Compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Regular security training for all staff
- Incident response planning and testing
Reporting
FireXCore will provide the following reports:
- Monthly Service Performance Report
- Security Incident Report (as needed)
- Quarterly Business Review
- Annual Security Assessment
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
- FireXCore will return all Client data in an agreed-upon format
- Client will settle any outstanding payments
- FireXCore will assist in transitioning services to a new provider
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Arbitration, as a final resort
Amendments
This Agreement may be amended by mutual written consent of both parties.
