What was built.

A concise view of the system, delivery context and technical surface behind this project.

Alnuwah is a leading Iraqi industrial solutions company specializing in instrumentation, material handling, technical supply, and engineering consulting across oil, gas, energy, manufacturing, and petrochemical sectors.

This project involved developing a modern, bilingual (English & Arabic) website that reflects the company’s professionalism, technical expertise, and global standards compliance. The site features a responsive design, smooth navigation, and clear presentation of services, sectors, and portfolio items.

Built with Next.js 14, React 18, and TypeScript, the website includes seamless RTL/LTR support, performance optimizations, and a CMS-friendly structure to allow easy content updates. The result is a user-friendly, scalable, and credible online presence that effectively communicates Alnuwah’s industrial capabilities to local and international clients

Engineering case study

From problem to outcome.

The useful part of a project is not the screenshot. It is the constraint, the engineering response and the result that followed.

01

Challenge

Alnuwah, as a leading industrial solutions company in Iraq, faced a set of unique challenges when it came to their online presence:

Multilingual / RTL support – Their audience spans Arabic‑speaking regions and international English‑speaking clients. The website needed to function flawlessly in both English and Arabic, including right‑to‑left (RTL) layouts for Arabic, and left‑to‑right (LTR) for English.

Complex service portfolio – The company provides instrumentation, material handling, technical supply, engineering consulting and works across oil, gas, energy, manufacturing and petrochemical sectors. Presenting this broad, technical portfolio in a clear, engaging and industry‑appropriate manner was difficult.

Industrial credibility and trust – As an Iraqi firm competing globally, Alnuwah needed a website that projected high professionalism, technical depth and global standards compliance to earn trust from international partners and clients.

Performance and scalability – The site had to be fast, responsive, and scalable to future growth (additional languages, new sectors, expanded services), while maintaining optimal UX across devices.

Content management and flexibility – The marketing team needed to regularly update services, sectors, portfolio items and translations without developer intervention.

Why it matters: Without addressing these challenges, Alnuwah risked appearing local and outdated, losing potential multinational contracts and credibility in global industrial markets

02

Solution

To overcome the challenges, a modern, scalable, and bilingual website was developed using Next.js 14, React 18, and TypeScript, with the following key features:

Multilingual & RTL/LTR support – Implemented a LanguageContext to toggle seamlessly between English and Arabic, including dynamic switching of text direction, layout, and language-specific content.

Professional industrial design – Designed a clean, corporate, and industrial-themed UI using TailwindCSS, highlighting services, sectors, and projects while maintaining a user-friendly structure.

Portfolio & service presentation – Developed reusable components for Services, Sectors, and About sections, ensuring clear communication of complex industrial offerings.

Performance & SEO – Optimized for fast loading, mobile responsiveness, and search engine visibility using Next.js built-in optimizations and meta tags.

Future scalability & content flexibility – The CMS structure allows marketing teams to update translations, services, projects, and sectors without developer intervention.

Interactive user experience – Smooth scrolling, CTA buttons, and a responsive contact form were implemented to engage users and drive conversions

03

Results

Seamless bilingual experience – Both Arabic and English users can navigate the site effortlessly with correct text direction and translations.

Improved brand credibility – The professional design and industrial tone reinforce Alnuwah’s reputation for technical expertise and global standards compliance.

Clear presentation of services & sectors – Visitors quickly understand the company’s full range of capabilities across oil, gas, energy, manufacturing, and petrochemical industries.

High performance & responsiveness – Optimized site loading times and mobile usability improve user retention and engagement.

Scalable CMS for continuous updates – Marketing teams can manage content, gallery, and portfolio entries independently, ensuring up-to-date information at all times.

Enhanced international reach – The website now effectively targets both local and international clients, supporting business growth and partnership opportunities
